We offer a family-run local solution. Based in Coromandel Town itself, we have local knowledge and a great network of tradesmen and specialists we can call upon to work with us. Your project won’t be delegated to inexperienced staff; Duncan, the business owner, will work with his team on your project and can add his experience and skills. About us
Your eco-friendly builder and Licensed Building Practitioner
Duncan Bayne worked as a sole trader for 10 years in Coromandel Town before setting up his business with partner Deborah.
Duncan is a Licensed Building Practitioner, in the Carpentry and Site One categories, and keeps himself up to date with current regulations, construction techniques and best practice.
Originally trained as a potter, Duncan blends his design skills with solid craftsmanship and attention to detail. He has worked on a number of architecturally-designed homes in the Coromandel Town area and continues to be excited by the challenges and opportunities for creativity that building projects, both small and large, can present.
