Coromandel Construction Ltd was started in April 2005 by Duncan Bayne, after working as a sole trader for 10 years in Coromandel Town. The company is run by husband and wife team, Deborah and Duncan Bayne, and provides project management and construction services in the Coromandel Town and Upper Coromandel Peninsula areas.

Duncan is a Licensed Building Practitioner, in the Carpentry and Site One categories, and keeps himself up to date with current regulations, construction techniques and best practice.
Originally trained as a potter, Duncan blends his design skills with solid craftsmanship and attention to detail. He has worked on a number of architecturally-designed homes in the Coromandel Town area and continues to be excited by the challenges and opportunities for creativity that building projects, both small and large, can present.
