How much is my new build going to cost?
It really depends on the complexity of your design and the quality of the materials specified. However, if you would like to get in touch, we can talk about options and give you some guidelines.
Is it worth using an architect?
Yes! We think that good design will add value to your project. An architect brings years of experience and can come up with creative solutions that you may never have thought of.
Will you come to my project in Auckland?
We’re based in Coromandel town so we work on the Upper Coromandel Peninsula including: Coromandel town, Colville, Whangapoua, Matarangi, Thames Coast, Little Bay and Tuateawa.

Do you offer an guarantee?
Yes, we’re an Accredited Builder with BUILTIN so we can offer you the add-on of a ten-year guarantee. The price depends on the cost of your project but we can get you a quote when we’re giving you prices on other aspects of your job. Read more about it here.
What are the most effective eco options I can choose?
We’re happy to talk through your ideas and give you advice tailored for your project. Thinking about the total life of the building is a great idea, as well as energy efficiency. Solar panels can heat water or create electricity and these need to be factored into the design of your building early on (for example if they are to be roof-mounted, the roof needs to be at the right angle for them to be efficient).
